The Plan of Salvation

   What must I do to be saved?  Have you ever asked yourself this question?  No doubt it is a question that has been asked many times.

Many years ago this same question was asked from the innermost part of a Roman Prison.  The answer remains the same today just as it was given hundreds of years ago "Believe on the Lord Jesus Christ and thou shalt be saved." Acts 16:31

    Maybe this brings another question to mind.   Why do I need to be saved?  The Word of God tells us in Romans 3:23 - "For all have sinned and come short of the glory of God."   When we are born into this world, we are born sinners in need of a saviour.

    What happens if we do not accept Christ as our Saviour?  God says, "The wages of sin is death."   The death spoken of here in Romans 6:23 is eternal separation from God in an awful place called Hell.

    Friend, why would anyone choose to spend eternity in Hell when Heaven can be their eternal home.  Please repent and call upon the name of the Lord today and be saved.
